Shannon attended The University of Georgia, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Risk Management Insurance from the Terry College of Business.

Prior to joining Pathway in 2019, she accumulated over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry as a residential loan officer. Shannon resides in Atlanta with her husband and two children.

In her leisure time, Shannon enjoys tennis, practicing yoga, and volunteering at her children's school.
